2-5-2010 Friday - A Clean Craft Room!

Last Wednesday, I decided to clean out my craft room. When I can't see the tops of my two tables and computer counter, then I know it's time! So, from about 9am - 6pm that's all I did. Holly helped me out by picking up Noel, Shera, and Luke from school. And she also ordered Thai for dinner and picked it up for us too! (It's great having drivers in the family!) The floor was covered in photo boxes that I had been organizing since October. I finished putting them in boxes and now they are on my cabinet shelves set by the year. I still need to put them in albums though. I took care of all the books, wrapping paper, things that needed filing and fixing, and all of Holly's college stuff. It feels great to be free of so much clutter! Now my "creative juices" can flow!
So here's to a clean craft room!

Way to go!! Your craft room looks GREAT! I'm so impressed you did it all in one day! (And I really like the arrangement of the tables with one up against the wall...It looks so roomy in there!)

Also, it looks like Luke, Shera, and Noel were in GREAT hands while you were in Utah. Can Drew come entertain ME for the weekend!?! What a great big brother!!

Miss you guys!

I remember that room! Tara and I used to wrap Christmas presents there! Would have been fun to see a before and after picture. I would love to have a craft room... maybe someday!

Doesn't it feel so refreshing to get such a task accomplished!?! It looks great and so organized! My kind of room...but I only hope to be as 'on top of it' as you are when I have more 'drivers' in the family! :)
