I ran over to Staples Monday evening to grab a few supplies with Noel. While I was gone, I got a call from Luke. There was all this noise in the background that sounded just like chaos. All I heard was that Luke's tooth was bleeding! He's been wiggling his top front left tooth for about a week and the guys (Jeff and Drew) had been after him to pull it out. By the time I came home, the house was quiet, the kids were in bed, and all was well.
The next night, I grabbed the camera and saw this video...
Dental Floss, Razor Blades, and Scissors Oh My!!!!

Brave little Luke!! I'd be scared too!! :)
P.S.- I want to see a picture of your family room furniture!! Is it new? It looks gorgeous!
Holy cow! The look on poor Luke's face when the word scissors was mentioned was classic! I'd be glad I wasn't there in person for that adventure!
Are you guys NUTS??? He's never going to like the dentist after this!! You need to leave this stuff to the PROFESSIONALS! All I know is I'm not leaving my kids with Drew and Jeff unless all their permanent teeth have come in!
What a tough guy!! We couldn't convince Brooke to let us pull hers out--that's how she ended up swallowing it! Luke is much braver than even some twelve-year-olds Kenny has treated!
This is why children have a father AND a mother! A mother would NEVER grab a box cutter/razor blade or a gigantic pair of scissors when trying to pull a tooth! I think he was pretty darn brave...hope it's out now and the Tooth Fairy was good to him! He earned it!
