One of my favorite things to do on Tuesdays and Fridays is go to Pilates. The first time I went, Luke was just a little baby and my body was sooo wasted after having five kids. I thought I'd just give it a try - people were talking about pilates and I wanted to see what it was all about. I was a walk in - and I had a complimentary lesson by Viktor. I was in such bad shape, he admitted to me later that he thought I'd never return.

Good for you, Carol! I have to admit...it totally intimidates me--the machines and all. It's something I've always wanted to try but always chicken out!
About lowering my blood pressure...I was taking 3 times the normal dose of BP medication until August. My problem was associated with my last pregnancy (pre-eclampsia, weight, hormones, etc.) I can't think of anything that I did to lower it other than not being pregnant anymore.:) Is yours high?

7 years??? Thats amazing! And im sure you look and feel amazing from it too! I have gone in and out with pilates but I do love it and the way it makes me feel.
